Hideden Talents - Blueteapot Theatre and Galway Print Studio exhibitionGalway Print Studio is pleased to announce an exhibition in Saol Café, National University Ireland, Galway as part of the Community Knowledge Initiative & Saol Cafe. This exhibition developed as an extension to a collaborative outreach education programme between Galway Print Studio and Blue Teapot Theatre Company facilitated by Galway Print Studio manager and education coordinator Victoria Smith and Hillary Kavanagh, administrator with Blue Teapot Theatre company.

Galway Print Studio members and printmakers, Mike Davoren and Paul Maye were invited to teach a printing module with Blue Teapot Performing Art School members over a nine-week period. This pilot programme introduced students to printmaking techniques, how to develop a relief lino-print and create a screen print logo.

Galway Print Studio are the only print studio in the West of Ireland that offers this excellent education programme.

We would like to invite you to the opening of this exhibition with Blue Teapot Theatre Performing Art School in Saol Cafe in the ILAS BUILDING, Northern Campus, NUI Galway, Thursday 13th April 2017 at 3.30pm.
