Hi people say it’s never too late to try something new. Having worked as an electrical technician and metal worker for over 30 years I found myself unemployed and on a VETOS course, where I found the wonderful world of art. I continued my education in GMIT's Centre for the Creative Arts and Media, where I graduated in 2016 with a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art, Printmaking. I was awarded the Academic Achievement Award in 2015 and the Galway Print Studio Annual Bursary Award in 2016. I have exhibited in group shows in Galway, my work is displayed in the National University of Ireland, (Galway) and private collectors.

My images are influenced by emotions, spirituality and memoirs, where I explore and experiment through expressive mark making, using abstraction and colour to portray my visual image.
